You can have the core services
of the New York City Virtual Presence,TM and
then choose what other services, if any, you need. Your
New York City Virtual Presence includes a prestigious
address, mail services, a New York
City fax number and access to our conference
rooms at significant discounts and to our special
support services for $99.95 per month.
SPECIAL NEW BUSINESS/SMALL BUSINESS RATE: If you are a new
business (3 years or less) or if your revenues are less than
$500,000 per year, then you can have a New York City Virtual
Presence for only $69.95 per month!
For those who obtain a New York
City Virtual Presence,TM our conference
rooms are available for $35 per hour (8-10 person
conference room) and $25 per hour (4-5 person conference
room), when reserved for three hours or more. Additional
savings are available with half day rates of $150 (8-10 person
conference room) and $100 (4-5 person conference room)..
You can also add telephone
answering and/or voicemail services to your New York
City Virtual Presence.
- Standard Telephone
Answering Services include a live operator answering
your up to 100 calls per month in your name and taking a
message (and not merely turning the caller over to a voice
mailbox) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
The cost is $79.95 plus tax per month.
- Premium Telephone
Answering Services are the same as Standard but
operate 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). The
cost is $99.95 (plus tax) per month..Excess Usage Charges.
Live operator messages taken in excess of 100 are billed
at 40 cents (plus tax) each. Voicemail messages
taken in excess of 150 are billed at $15 (plus tax) each.
- Voicemail via a New
York City telephone number that we provide is available
for $15 per month (plus tax)
